Dave lives and breathes metallurgy. With almost 30 years of experience, Dave was a cofounding member of the IMO group in 1998.
Across the world, Dave has worked in metallurgical operations, metallurgical laboratory management and consulting. With experience in test-work scoping, managing projects, operations and contracts, he quickly understands the whole life-cycle of each mining project.
With a BSc in Metallurgy, Dave is also a director of several private and listed companies within the mining industry. This means he holds a unique position in understanding our clients' point of view.
Steve is a metallurgist and chemist with over 30 years' experience in metallurgical operations, process design, process plant management and consulting. Steve holds a BSc in metallurgy and chemistry and was a cofounding member of the IMO group in 1998.
Steve has conducted operations management, process engineering and project development for numerous mining companies across Australia, Africa, Asia, South America and Europe. Steve is a director of several private and listed ASX companies with his experience and development strategies leading to successful mining projects from concept to operations and beyond.
