Thomas is an eager, inquisitive and diligent professional engineer with a wide range of employment experience from marketing and management through to process engineering and laboratory testwork. During his studies, Thomas and his project team were highly praised by both academics and industry professionals for their award-winning design of a lithium hydroxide facility. Having graduated from Curtin University with a BSc in both Chemical Engineering and Chemistry, Thomas delivers technical, data-driven advice tempered by his on-site experience.

Thomas has a deep passion for business, science, and solving complex and novel problems. Since joining the team, Thomas has both assisted in and driven hydrometallurgical testwork programs in gold, lithium, graphite, and copper sulphides.
